What gets deleted

Permanently removed
  • Your account (email, name)
  • Saved products and videos
  • Your watchlist and filters
  • All activity data tied to your account
Not deleted
  • Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
  • Subscription records held by Apple (managed through your Apple ID)

How to request deletion

From inside the app
Go to Profile → Legal → Delete My Data and follow the on-screen instructions. This is the fastest way.

By email
Send a deletion request to support@scoutloop.pro with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include the email address associated with your account.

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email once complete.
Important: Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancelling your subscription and deleting your account are two separate actions — cancellation must be done through your Apple ID settings.
