By downloading or using Scoutloop ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Scoutloop is a product intelligence tool that helps dropshippers identify trending products on TikTok Shop. The App surfaces curated product data, Scout Scores, video content, and market signals to assist with research and decision-making.
Scoutloop provides research data only. We make no guarantees about product performance, sales outcomes, or profitability. All business decisions are your own.
Scoutloop Pro is available on three plans:
All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Free Trial: The Monthly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.
Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policy.
Free users may access a limited number of product views per week. Saved products, advanced filters, export features, and external links require a Pro subscription.

All content within Scoutloop — including Scout Scores, product curation, interface design, and copy — is owned by Scoutloop and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of it without written permission.
Product data displayed in the app is sourced from publicly available TikTok Shop signals. Scoutloop does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or product listings.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that product data is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. We are not responsible for any business losses resulting from reliance on data provided by Scoutloop.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoutloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
